The Department of Electrical And Electronics Engineering was established in the year 1982-1983 with an intake of 60 students and intake is increased to 120 in the academic year 2005-2006. The Shift system was introduced with an intake of 60 students in the year 2012-2013.The Department maintains high quality of teaching and learning process with the help of well qualified faculty members.

The Department places equal emphasis on theoretical and experimental Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Laboratories are well equipped. Good exposure is given to all the students to update their practical knowledge with the help of qualified instructors.
